Shajuan Alexander

LCSW-S

Presenter's Bio:

Shajuan Alexander is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, business owner, and coach amongst the many hats she wears. With extensive experience navigating the challenges of mental health care, entrepreneurship, and intentional living, she leads The Culture of Health, a practice dedicated to empowering clinicians—particularly Gen Z and Millennial Women of Color—to align their personal and professional goals without compromising mental well-being.

As a Millennial Black woman, wife, mother, social advocate, naturalista, and self-care enthusiast, Shajuan upholds authenticity, vulnerability, and integrity as core values. Her practice emphasizes helping individuals embrace their emotions, establish firm boundaries, and cultivate healthy relationships. She believes that true wholeness stems from self-awareness, which can be developed through upbringing and meaningful experiences. Shajuan’s goal is to leave clients with the impression that mental wellness is achievable and to shift the culture toward holistic well-being.
