Presenter's Bio
Morgan earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University. Her passion for mental health was born from her own personal experience, inspiring her to dedicate her career to helping others in their recovery journeys. She has worked with both youth and adults across inpatient and outpatient settings, gaining valuable insight into the continuum of care. Today, Morgan serves as a therapist, providing one-on-one counseling for individuals facing anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges. In addition to her clinical work, she is also a professional speaker, sharing education and awareness around mental health and recovery.

In an era of unprecedented stress, disrupted routines, and shifting mental-health landscapes, youth and adults alike are navigating experiences of trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and disordered eating. This presentation draws from clinical practice and lived-experience to guide clinicians, educators, and youth-serving professionals in cultivating resilience and connection in their work. Attendees will learn a trauma-informed framework for conversation, practical strategies to engage youth and adults across inpatient/outpatient settings, and tools to build networks of support before crisis emerges.
