Charonne M. Randall, LCSW-C, affectionately known as The Divine Disruptor, is a clinician, coach, and speaker dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations transform pain into purpose. As founder of Cultivating Unstoppable You LLC and Soar Beyond Coaching & Consulting, she specializes in trauma-informed, faith-integrated therapy that merges Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brené Brown’s Daring Way™ curriculum.

In a world where trauma and disconnection fracture both families and the self, healing requires more than coping skills—it demands courageous reconnection. Drawing from Relational Life Therapy (RLT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), this workshop explores how inner “parts” and relational wounds shape identity, belonging, and the ability to love well. Participants will learn to help clients move from self-protection to authentic connection by identifying protective strategies that once ensured survival but now hinder intimacy. Through case examples and experiential reflection, attendees will discover integrative interventions that restore empathy, accountability, and repair within families impacted by trauma, loss, incarceration, or foster/adoption dynamics.
