THE ROLE OF THE BOARD
Members of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) have a critical role in setting the culture and values of ClinicianFest by their actions or inactions as to matters of performance, ethics, integrity, legal compliance, transparency and responsiveness to those they serve.
Our organizational governance structure is a working system for principled goal setting, effective decision making, and appropriate monitoring of compliance and performance. Our goal as a Board is to operate in a manner that:
(i) creates real value for our community,
(ii) assures that our mission and vision continue to align with our outputs and direction as promised, and
(iii) makes ClinicianFest a valued partner across industries.
