Latonya Powell, M.A. is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Mind Over Matter – Your Move, LLC with 20+ years of public health experience and 15 years working for the federal government. Decorated with numerous accolades and awards for the development and implementation of scientific and technical programs and Kirkpatrick evaluation and assessments. MVM Your Move, LLC specializes in workforce solutions with an emphasis on Strategic Management, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Personal Development Coaching. Latonya is a proud New Jersey native who migrated to the Maryland for her HBCU, UMES earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and later obtaining a Master’s degree in Counseling from Nyack College. Her heart is to help people to get pass the pain using a holistic approach. Latonya’s most important qualification is being a Survivor of Life through challenges, pain, lost and self-realization.Â

Day 2 Session 4D - Fragile: Handle with Care
Mishandled by people, places or things and wonder why? In a society filed with opportunities to be rejected mentally (passed over for the promotion), physically (not invited to the big event) and socially (swiped left or ghosted) wounds are quickly forgotten or easily dismissed. It doesn’t mean the pain is gone, it just means you learned to ignore how it affected you and your life! Time to understand the shift caused by mindset adjustments and behavioral change. This training will prepare you to identify distractions and the unintentional pause they cause. You’ll learn how to ignite a disruptive approach to your life norms and be intentional about making life happen with Passion & Purpose. Most importantly, it will urge you to Stop Life-ing and Start Living because your life depends on it. Join us for a life changing adventure.
ClinicianFest By The Numbers
ClinicianFest is a 503c organization. Proceeds from ClinicianFest are used to fund the co-pays of those in need of mental health services but unable to afford such services in their entirety. We partner with over 216 vendors, agencies, private practitioners, and community support programs to support aid in communities with scarce mental healthcare access and resources. To date, we have assisted over 1100 clients in getting the care and aid they need on their journey.
