The presentation will allow mental health professionals to understand the need for innovative ways to be supported while facing the opposition of the line of work and its requirements. This presentation aims to offer ways to create and understand captivating alternatives for self-care that would not be possible—implementing a more thought-provoking interactive journey to exploring wellness strategies.
